Jared & Brad Walsh: Are principals of Long Lane Partners. They began their collaboration as development manager and general counsel for a family office in Wyoming with diverse real estate holdings. Brad took his B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern. Jared took his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Stanford Law School. Since 2016, LLP has advised their clients in the acquisition, development, and management of over $350M in real estate across virtually all asset types.

 

Tom Walsh: with over 45 years’ experience in the construction industry, joined Long Lane Partners in 2021 and serves as senior partner to the firm. Tom was previously in charge of development for Advance Realty Investors, one of the largest developers of multi-family, retail, and industrial projects in the State of NJ. Prior to Advance, Tom served in lead development roles for Avison Young, Normandy Real Estate Partners, the Walsh Company, and the Gale Company. Tom has developed and constructed over 35 million square feet and $4.5 billion in project value across all asset types. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
