Our owner rep services are intended to facilitate the development of complex projects. We are deeply involved in concept development, design, budgeting, procurement of project teams and consultants, bid administration, contractor selection, approvals and permitting, and construction management.
Long Lane Partners is also a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor in Teton County, Wyoming. We have deep knowledge and relationships in the area, and can deliver excellent quality & superior management on ground-up or remodel projects.

For each owned asset we assemble and lead specialized operations teams, we work seamlessly with our clients' brokers, attorneys, and accountants, and we utilize custom tailored strategies to fulfill our clients' and partners' investment goals.
