OWNER'S REPRESENTATION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 

Our owner rep services are intended to facilitate the development of complex projects. We are deeply involved in concept development, design, budgeting, procurement of project teams and consultants,  bid administration, contractor selection, approvals and permitting, and construction management.

 

Long Lane Partners is also a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor in Teton County, Wyoming. We have deep knowledge and relationships in the area, and can deliver excellent quality & superior management on ground-up or remodel projects.
