● New construction of an 11,000 SF custom home North of Jackson.
● The two-story post and beam home was built to approximately 60% completion in 2016, before construction was halted by the previous owner. LLP performed due diligence in the lead up to purchase, establishing budgets, material lists, and helping the clients make sense of a complex undertaking. We then led them through a contractor bid process and oversaw the build-out.
