This is new construction of a 6,500 SF custom home on 50 acres in Wilson.

The home utilizes a minimalistic, organic, and stepped design to take advantage of the property’s terrain and views. The home includes extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing, concrete floors, elevated terraces, cedar ceilings, outdoor dining spaces, and water elements.

We served as Owners’ Representatives to the ownership since the outset of design, and have advised on the development of the home’s siting and massing, program, layout, systems, and finishes.

Teton Village, WY

New construction of 10,000 SF custom home on 7 acres near Teton Village.

The two-story contemporary home pushes the limits of design by including curved walls and ceilings, a sweeping roof structure, extensive floor to ceiling glazing, geothermal and radiant HVAC systems, and sophisticated elements throughout.

We served as Owner’s Representatives on this project, working with the owners, architect, numerous additional consultants, and general contractor to establish the budget, value engineer the design, and lead and direct the build-out

Wilson

This is a former retreat center on 35 acres in Wilson, converted into a family compound.

The scope included new kitchen and bathrooms, the addition of two bedrooms, new lighting & HVAC systems, and extensive log work. In the summer of 2021, we also completed the conversion of the exterior bunk cabins into conditioned living spaces and finish substantial site work and landscaping.

Jackson Hole Commercial

Prime Class A office space on the Jackson Hole Town Square, currently long-term leased to a trust company. We led the acquisition, gut renovation, and leasing efforts for this property

Teton Pines

Extensive addition and remodel of a 8,500 SF home in the Teton Pines development near Teton Village.

The scope included adding 850 SF to the upstairs, a new second story porch with covered patio beneath, remodeling of every room including new bathrooms, lighting, HVAC systems, structural members, windows, patios, interior walls, etc.

45 Spring St • Princeton, NJ

LLP represented the Owner of 45 Spring Street in the design and redevelopment of an historic site one block off Nassau Street, directly across from the Princeton University Library.

This project encompasses six luxury apartments with a modern design and extensive private terraces, and a high-end experiential retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. The project was delivered in June 2022 and is fully leased.

Witherspoon St • Princeton, NJ

The original structure was built in the early 20th century and extended in the 1970s. LLP worked with the Owner to gut renovate and reposition this property.

The renovation of this property involved structural changes to reconfigure the floorplan, the addition of all new MEP systems, and the creation of new residential and commercial spaces. 201-205 Witherspoon was completed in 2019.

30 Maclean St • Princeton, NJ

The original structure was built in 1913 of terra cotta block. LLP worked with the Owner, GC and structural engineer to safely demolish and redevelop the interior structure, creating 4 floors out of the original 3-floor layout.

The top two floors were converted to four maisonettes, and the bottom two floors were converted to six flats. 30 Maclean was completed in 2020 and is fully leased.

John Hancock Tower Boston, MA

Tom Walsh was head of Development for Normandy Real Estate Partners when their Fund II purchased the Hancock Tower in Boston at a foreclosure auction in 2009.

The Fund leased the building to 94% occupancy, executing a ~267,000 RSF lease with Bain Capital for the top 15 floors of the tower. Completed a $25 million base building improvement program, incorporating in-building parking, lobby refurbishment & a café to position the property as the premier address in Boston.

Tom Walsh was head of Development for the Gale Company and led the development of the office park between 1989 and 1999. Tom was also President of the Gale Construction Company, which served as the general contractor for the development of 5 of the park’s 7 buildings.
